Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped out of our distribution center in IOS, Greece. 

Shipping in Greece for orders over 100 euros is free with Speedex. orders under 100 euros, there is a flat fee of 5 euros with Speedex. If you choose cash on delivery there is an additional fee of 5 euros. 

 

For shipments within Europe, prices vary depending on the weight of the product and the country of shipment. Contact us and we will inform you about the shipping costs and customs costs borne by the customer. Please note that, due to new regulations after the Brexit, orders below 150 euros cannot be shipped to the UK.

 

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are the client's responsibility where they apply. Please note that for orders shipped to the USA, there are no import taxes and duties for purchases below 800 us dollars (approximately 650 euros).

Estimated delivery times (1-3 working days within Greece  1-5 working days in inaccessible areas ) are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. VOTSALOCONCEPTSTORE shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order. Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. In this case, re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.

Shiping in Cyprus for orders over 150 euros is free with Speedex. In purchases under 150 euros, there is a fee 0f € 12.

Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange 0r store credit  within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundable. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

Returns are not possible from countries outside the E.U. Returns are also not accepted for items that have been labelled ON-SALE in the product description. 

VOTSALOCONCEPTSTORE reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
 

  • PRODUCT EXCHANGE: Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
     

  • STORE CREDIT: Store credit can be used on a future order within 1 month of the return.
     

  • REFUND: Refunds are available only in defective products. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date when returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. VOTSALOCONCEPSTORE  is not liable for any incoming fees charged by the recipient's bank.

Please note, where returns are free, this policy is limited to one exchange only. In any other case the return costs is up to the customer.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

  • Simply sign in to My Account and select the order you would like to return or select “Return Request” in the Customer Service section at the footer of www.votsaloconceptstore.com. Alternatively, email returns@ or call  Monday–Friday 9.00am-5.00pm (CET).

  • Within the next working day you will receive an email confirming your returns request and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.

  • Once we receive and accept your returned package, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit or refund.
